All Daytona Broadband surveillance and POS systems are sold with an annual preventative maintenance and 24/7 phone support agreement. The annual preventative maintenance visits extend the useful life of systems, while fulfilling DBB's commitment to lifetime system support.
Technology Does NOT Stand Still
During annual PM visits, a DBB technician will perform a comprehensive list of maintenance tasks including software and firmware updates to keep equipment working to current standards. The technician will also introduce available upgrades and new hardware products to enhance systems and add value to initial technology investments. Systems are sold with expansion and upgrading in mind. With DBB and it's partners on your team, technology systems will keep pace with advances and breakthroughs.
